The essentials in brief
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services and embeds no advertising networks. Fonts are loaded from our own server. Personal data is only collected when you visit the site (technical access data), contact us or request a tour, a trial day or an event through one of our forms.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit the site, Vercel processes the technically necessary data to deliver the page (see server log files). Vercel also operates servers in the EU; a transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out, however. We have a data processing agreement with Vercel under Art. 28 GDPR; transfers to the USA are covered by the EU standard contractual clauses.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing the website securely and efficiently (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Further information: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
Server log files
Every visit automatically stores information in server log files that your browser transmits:
- IP address (shortened or anonymized where technically possible)
- Date and time of access
- Page or file requested
- Browser type and version, operating system
- Referrer URL (the page visited before)
This data is not merged with other data sources and is deleted after a short time. It is processed to ensure trouble-free operation and the security of our systems (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies and local storage
This website sets no cookies and stores no data in the browser (local storage). A cookie banner is therefore not required.
Fonts
We use the typeface ABC Monument Grotesk (Dinamo). It is loaded locally from our server. No connection is made to the font provider's servers or to Google Fonts.
Contact and forms
If you contact us by email or phone or use one of the forms on this website (tour, trial day, event request, newsletter), we process the data you provide (name, contact details, content of the request) to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the request is aimed at a contract (such as a membership or an event booking), and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering your request (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We delete the data as soon as it is no longer needed for that purpose and no statutory retention obligations stand in the way. Our email is processed through Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland); we have a data processing agreement with Google.
External content and links
We link to our profiles on Instagram and LinkedIn. These are plain links; no data is transferred to these platforms when you visit our website. Only once you follow a link do the privacy terms of the respective provider apply.
Videos on this website, where present, are delivered from our own server. Should we embed third-party video players in the future, we will update this policy.

Regarding the personal data concerning you, you have the following rights towards us:
- Access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
